The property develops on more than 32 hectares on which 24.500 cubic meters of constructions were built. These include:

The breeding stalls are 65 plus 4 more distant from the building, used for isolating horses when needed. There are also a tennis court and a swimming pool for the owners.

The whole area is rich in tall trees which line the inner practicability, while others form small woods preserving a healthy environment.

Lands are alternatively grown as loans and as seasonal plantations.

The property is linked with the eastern Dolo/Piove di Sacco county road as well as with the southwest highway. The local urban destination considers:
